To place an order by mail you may dowload the text only order form and submit it by:
Orders paid by check will be shipped two weeks after the check is submitted for payment. Orders paid in any other form will be shipped the week they are received. Posters By Mail will not assume liability for non-receipt of cash sent in payment for an order. If available, all orders will be shipped with a complete catalog of additional items for sale in the same category. Magazine, book and poster orders will be sent by United Parcel Service if the order is over $50 and if your delivery address is in the contiguous 48 states. Insurance is included with this service. For orders delivered to a PO Box or to addresses outside the 48 states First Class or Priority Mail will be used. This service does not include insurance; however, for an additional fee of $1.50 for each $50 of value the order will be insured. No orders will be sent COD.
Orders sent to US destinations for 1 to 5 posters may be insured for a fee of $1.50. Orders for more than 5 posters will either be sent by UPS or by insured priority mail at my expense. Since you have the option of buying insurance on orders of 5 or less posters you will be responsible if an order is delivered damaged or lost in the mail.
If you live outside the US and want your order to be delivered by surface mail the charge for S&H is $1.00 per item ordered or a minimum of $3. Thus, an order for 5 standard posters and 2 prints sent to England will cost $35 for posters, $8 for prints and $7 for S&H. On the interactive order form you do not have to ask for delivery by surface mail. You may indicate delivery by air mail, global priority mail or express mail if that is how you want your package to be delivered. The price for air mail will be $5 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. For delivery by global priority mail it will be $15 or 20% of the sub-total amount whichever is greater. Delivery by express mail or any other service will be charged the actual amount plus 10% of the shipping charge. If, for example, you order 3 Photo Editions by DHL you would be charged $35 for the magazines plus 110% of the actual DHL delivery fee. Posters By Mail will not be responsible for any item seized by the customs service in your country. Be sure to check before ordering that these items can be imported to your country.
When ordering erotic material by mail, a written signature is required on the order form along with with an acknowledgement that the person ordering is at least 18 years of age. Although a confirmation of age is not possible when submitting an order over the internet, you should be at least 18 years of age and aware of the fact that all Special Photo Editions and books displayed in the Male Erotica section contain full frontal male nudity. If you do not know how to view the Male Erotica section, please E-Mail me and I will give you instructions on how to do so after verifying your age.
If anything you order from me arrives damaged or if for any reason you feel you want to return something, please E-Mail me first. You can call but I may not be here to answer. I will always answer E-Mail. You should be aware of the fact that damaged items must be returned to me at your expense. Reimbursement for damaged items ranges from full compensation if a parcel is insured to 50% off the price of the same item. I also ask that you pay shipping charges for any uninsured items returned for replacement. If you decide you do not want the stock after receiving it a refund can be given if the items are returned in saleable condition and if I am reimbursed for all the fees I spent to get the item to you.
